Lone Star Film Festival

I had a great time attending the festival this year. Thanks to all the people that work to get this Festival put on every year. On Saturday I attended the panel discussion by former Netflix and Block Buster executives that had some very great insights on how the two companies competed. After that I walked around downtown for a little bit and took pictures. I ended up waiting in line at the premier of Netflix vs the world. It was sold out but I was able to make my way in. The film itself was very informative and I was surprised by how open both camps were on how things happened. After the film there was a Q&A and we learned that there were a few former blockbuster employees in the audience. One of them said that the Documentary was fair in how it portrayed the events and companies.
